Neon Department

The Wagner Electric Sign Company operates a fully operational in-house neon plant. We use full-time neon benders. Our neon tube benders have a wide range of experience and qualifications to assist in the production of a myriad of applications requested by our customers. The only thing more important than neon benders is the type of pumping technology used in the process. This is why we have in operation one of the most technologically advanced state-of-the-art pumping stations available today - The EuroCom Sadlow Manifold Pumping System. Developed in Germany, it utilizes the advanced technology of a turbo molecular neon pump. Many large companies require this type of pumping system when producing neon for them such as BP, Target Stores, and others that require neon quality, durability, and and long life. For those applications where neon is not practical, either because of the higher voltage or the maintenance requirements, we have the ability to use the newest lighting technologies available - Fiber Optics and LED's (Light Emitting Diodes).
