We have the capacity to design anything from simple, single faced, cabinet wall signs all the way up to providing design, art, and sign specifications for a large institution or a large business / franchise operation. We can design whole sign systems with multiple option layouts for adaptation with various local sign codes and city zoning ordinances.
We can create artwork, design sign systems, and provide an entire specification package for a new sign program for most local, regional, or national companies.
We utilize two, fully active, state of the art, CAD computer stations operating Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, QuickCad, and FlexiSign Pro computer programs. All printing is accomplished with full color HP LaserJet 4500, 36" Encad Novajet III, and HP DJ-1000 printers.
We also have one fully active computer station set up to operate our Linde CM250 CAD/CAM system, which operates a multi-use router on a 6'0" x 12'0" table. This system also operates an oxygen torch and plasma cutter on a 6'0" x 8'0" table.
We use full color digital image scanners and digital photography. This allows us to superimpose a sign on to actual photos for presentations and illustrations. We can then produce a full color print of the photo showing the sign design on location in its future projected environment.
Our vinyl is cut using a Graphtex FC2100-120 48" plotter.
Large artwork and shop drawing prints can be produced on our 36" Encad Novajet III color printer.
